Full House for the Sprintcar Presidents Cup - Nominations Closed

The 2018 Avalon Raceway Presidents nominations has officially closed today with fifty nominations received, no further nominations will be accepted. The venue operators made this decision today to stop any further nominations being accepted for the $10000 to win event.
With the event one of the seasons major Blue Ribbon Events on the calendar the venue operators recognise that this is the first of five straight nights of sprintcar competition at three venues and the importance to have a quality race meeting that can finish at a respectable time to allow the competitors to move onto the next event as soon as possible.
As the event is also during the working week for many of the spectators it is important to have a quick top race meeting that allows the spectators to get away at a reasonable hour.
So the full list of nominations can be viewed on Sprintcar World with the format being the popular group time format and one heat race per car, in short five groups of time trials by five heat races and the all important Main events.
