The SRA of Vic Inc are gearing up for the new racing season

The SRA of Vic Release the planned 2024-2025 seasons race dates

The Sprintcar Racing Association of Victoria Inc is pleased to be able to release the planned race dates for the 2024-2025 racing season in and around Victoria. The SRA committee meet recently to discuss the race dates applied for from the venue operators, after a few changes with requested race dates that clashed the below dates were approved.

Once again, some race dates may be subject to change and the formats for some of the events are yet to be discussed and finalized.

The SRA committee feel it is important to get the 2024-2025 race dates to help the competitors and teams plan their race season and source potential sponsors and the same for the venue operators to get their wheels in motion.

But just as importantly the committee know the value of the all-important spectators to know what’s planned to be a part of these events to help make them successful.

All approved dates for each venue are approved on the basic that all events will be conducted in accordance with the 2024-2025 SCCA Racing Rule, Regulation and Specifications and will be conducted by the approved SRA of Vic Officials.

So here we go the 2024-2025 SRA of Vic Inc season race dates.

October 2024.
Saturday the 19th – Heartland Raceway – Open Sprintcar Series.
Saturday the 26th – Avalon Raceway – Sprintcar Jackpot Invitational.

November 2024.
Saturday the 2nd – Premier Speedway – Open Sprintcar Series.
Saturday the 9th – Avalon Raceway – Fireball Derby.
Saturday the 16th – Premier Speedway – Pro Sprintcars or Open Sprintcars (TBA)
Saturday the 30th – Redline Raceway – Pro Sprintcar Series.

December 2024.
Saturday the 7th – Blue Ribbon Raceway Horsham – Pro Sprintcars.
Saturday the 14th – Premier Speedway – Max Race.
Thursday the 26th – Avalon Raceway – Open Sprintcar Series. Gold Cup.
Sunday the 29th – Simpson Speedway - Pro Sprintcars or Open Sprintcars (TBA)
Monday the 30th – Avalon Raceway – Sprintcar Speedweek.

January 2025.
Wednesday the 1st – Premier Speedway – Sprintcar Speedweek.
Saturday the 18th – Simpson Speedway – Pro Sprintcars.
Sunday the 19th - Premier Speedway – Blue Ribbon - $15,000 to win 410 Sprintcars.
Wednesday the 22nd – Avalon Raceway – Blue Ribbon - Presidents Cup. 410 Sprintcars.
Friday the 24th thru to Sunday the 26th – Grand Annual Classic.
Tuesday the 28th – Southern 500 Speedway Portland – Open Sprintcars – Special event.
($5000 to win TBC)

Australian SCCA 410 Title - Murray Bridge- Jan 31st and 1st February 2025.

February 2025.
Saturday the 8th – Heartland Raceway – Pro Sprintcar Series.

March 2025.

Saturday the 8th & Sunday the 9th Simpson Speedway.

Saturday the 15th – Premier Speedway -Blue Ribbon – SRA 410 Sprintcar Title.
Saturday the 29th – Premier Speedway – SRA Victorian Pro Sprintcar Title.

April 2025.
Saturday the 5th – Southern 500 Speedway Portland – Pro Sprintcar Series.
Saturday the 12th – Redline Raceway – Pro Sprintcar Series.
Friday the 18th – Avalon Raceway – Easter Sprintcar Trail.
Sunday the 20th – Premier Speedway – Easter Sprintcar trail.
Thursday the24th - Avalon Raceway – Pro Sprintcars DIGGERS CUP.
Saturday the 26th – Blue Ribbon Raceway Horsham – Open or Pro Sprintcars (TBA)

May 2025.
